Northumberland is quite possibly my favourite place on the planet. Endless sandy beaches, oodles of history and plenty of fantastic hill and woodland walks, it’s a dog owner’s dream holiday destination. We keep returning here year after year (and if I’m honest I’d quite happily swap Yorkshire to live in Northumberland).
Doxford Farm Camping: the most beautiful glamping pods we have ever stayed in, perfect to celebrate a special occasion. Sleeps 2 adults and up to 2 children depending on the pod, in a fantastic location close to the Northumberland Coast.
Copper Beech Cottages: a stunning collection of well appointed cottages, as short walk from Rothbury. Sleeps 4-8 depending on the cottage with enclosed gardens, 2 dogs allowed (more by negotiation).
The Hemmel: located handily close to Kielder Forest and Hadrian’s Wall, the Hemmel is a spacious modern cottage sleeping up to 6 people and 2 dogs with an enclosed courtyard area.
